Established in 1981 by Michael Clarke, Carleton Properties has remained privately owned and is renowned for a reputation as a ‘reputable’ and ‘resourceful’ property agency that cares for both the property owner and property buyer alike. ‘We understand the importance of our responsibilities and offer the property owner the best price and the property buyer a ‘life style’ that will inevitably be reflected through the property they buy’.
As a consequence, the Company has a vast database of property Buyers and Sellers and has a response time that is enviable in the industry, to the extent that many of our clients have returned to us as their family requirements change. Back in December 2011, Alfred Kingsnorth, the current MD, joined the Company as a full Business Partner. Alfred brought a wealth of business knowledge and contacts from his company interests in the City of London and Ireland.
